Caroline Elizabeth May is an illustrator based in South London.

Originally from the Lake District, she studied Illustration at the Manchester School of Art before completing a masters at the Glasgow School of Art.

Although it is over six years since she left the Cumbrian countryside her work continues to be shaped by the unique setting.

She loves to mix the hand crafted techniques with the digital collaging methods to create her work.

After recently completing her second artist in residence with the charity Horatios Garden, she has recently designed & released a set of note cards with the work she produced during her residency.
